After a phenomenal breakthrough in 2014, Royal Blood are already plotting big things for 2015. Having already confirmed three gargantuan outdoor summer shows with Foo Fighters in June, as well as their biggest headline tour to date which kicks off next month, Royal Blood can now also confirm that their new single ‘Out of the Black’ will impact on February 23rd.
‘Out of the Black’ is taken from the duo’s self-titled debut album which entered the charts at #1. Now approaching 300,000 sales in the UK alone, the album represented the biggest debut rock album in three years and the third highest selling debut album of the entire year. They also accumulated 32 million plays at Spotify.

The album was subsequently nominated for a Barclaycard Mercury Prize which was followed by Royal Blood winning iTunes’ Breakthrough Act of 2014. The album’s cover art, created by Dan Hillier, also won the public vote for the Best Art Vinyl 2014 award. Royal Blood have now been nominated for three Brit Awards.
In addition to their UK and Ireland tour schedule which is listed below, Royal Blood will also play further international dates across Europe, as well as in Japan, Australia, USA and New Zealand.
