Above & Beyond, one of the world’s most powerful songwriting and production trio in electronic music today, are about to explode with their new single “Blue Sky Action,” a taste of their forthcoming new album (title TBA), due in early 2015.

Last year they sold out London’s Alexandra Palace, this October they become the first British DJs to headline New York’s Madison Square Garden – tickets went in 12 hours.

Written by London, UK-based Above & Beyond –Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Paavo Siljamäki–with vocals from Alex Vargas, “Blue Sky Action” is a beautifully crafted big room anthem that marries instant hooks with a typically emotive lyric. With tastemaker support from the likes of Radio 1’s Pete Tong, the radio single is set for release this September.

Debuted to 10,000 people live at this year's Radio 1 Ibiza weekend, the Above & Beyond Club Mix supercharges the lead riff in trademark stadium-sized style. Offsetting the rich vocal with a big room bass fuelled groove and iconic, hands-in-the-air release, the club mix perfectly captures the intensity of Above & Beyond's live show.

Channeling a vintage Balearic trance energy, Scotland's Graeme Shepherd better known as Grum makes an impressive label debut with his woozy progressive take. Taking things deeper still is Anjunadeep regular Meramek, whose subtle use of vocal and bass heavy approach are perfectly designed for the contemporary dance floor. Having already found traction with Radio 1's Friction, Hospital Records regular Logistics completes the package with a soulful reworking which stays true to the original's melodic roots.
