The Bohicas
Where You At
Out Now.
“Full of three-minute Brit-punk and Chuck Berry-inspired jams.” – NME
“To Die For is a swaggering stomp of a song… channelling Marc Bolan, Led Zeppelin and Arctic Monkeys to riveting effect.” – The Sunday Times
“The Bohicas are a tough-as-a-nut guitar force… Ultimately exciting rock ’n’ roll.” – DIY
“Channelling Krautrock and garage influences, this is pure class.” – Loaded
“Full of slash and burn dynamics.” – Daily Mirror
After tearing through their homeland on the ‘Swarm Over Essexxx’ tour and impressing as guests to Royal Blood and Drenge, The Bohicas are now set to release their next single ‘Where You At’ which impacts on June 1st.
Produced by Mark Rankin, ‘Where You At’ is an insistent blast of re-energised rock ‘n’ roll which is delivered with a rhythmic rush of melody and frontman Dominic McGuinness’s coolly understated vocals. ‘Where You At’ follows their recent tracks ‘To Die For’ and ‘XXX’, ‘Swarm’ as The Bohicas continue to snap up disparate elements from the history of guitar music and forge them into something urgent and refreshing.
The accompanying video, directed by Chris Turner, captures the band in their natural element with a stripped-back performance which captures the attitude and exuberance of their live shows.

“For 'Where You At' we eschewed all narrative and conceptual tropes in favour of creating a simple yet stylish and energetic performance video to capture what The Bohicas do best - play. When a band and track are this good I felt it muddied the waters to do anything else.” – Chris Turner
