MDNGHT

Into The Night

Released 18th September.

Manchester dance collective MDNGHT fine tune elements of house, balearic beats and disco to create celestial anthems that glide and grind into the late night ether.

With soaring male falsetto vocals, the group’s diverse influences range from the classic soul and disco of Chic, the pop-funk of Kool and the Gang, as well as contemporary artists like German house duo, Booka Shade, Dirtybird label boss and producer, Claude Von Stroke and Bristolian dancefloor genre masher, Eats Everything.

MDNGHT have released two taster singles in advance of their upcoming album campaign. The band have had great support from radio including BBC Radio1 and 1XTRA single of the week and BBC Introducing playlist.

The singles for the upcoming album are currently being produced by Steve Osborne (New Order, Perfecto, U2, Depeche Mode).

“The Manchester band MDNGHT has spent the last few years remixing songs, playing live shows across the U.K., and refining a club-‐friendly sound that mixes house, funk and drum-‐and-‐bass. For fans of Years & Years and Disclosure, here's "Into The Night," one of the dance anthems of last summer. Don't be surprised to hear it break worldwide in 2015” — Huw Stephens, BBC Music
