London Grammar Nightcall

LONDON GRAMMAR

NEW SINGLE NIGHTCALL OUT DECEMBER 8th

“Beautiful”-  Sunday Times Culture

“Elegantly minimalist” - The Telegraph

“Every track on their debut album is beautifully constructed” - Observer

Without doubt the most exciting breakthrough band of 2013, London Grammar’s album, If You Wait debuted at Number 2 in the UK charts and is still holding Top 10 weeks after its release. Not only a hugely impressive result during a notoriously competitive time of year, but particularly so for a band whose name was barely a whisper less than twelve months ago.

And it’s not just the UK that has fallen in love with this year’s most enchanting album. The international story continues to build with the trio having just returned from the US where they played sold out dates across the country including New York’s Gramercy Theatre and the iconic Troubadour in LA.

They've just finished their UK sold out tour.  Following this Hannah, Dan and Dot will travel across Europe then onto Australia playing the Falls Festival and Field Day in Sydney alongside other headline dates.  To meet live demand, the band recently announced another UK headline run in early 2014, with London’s Troxy Theatre selling out in just three days.

London Grammar will release their next single, Nightcall on December 8.  A reworking of Kavinsky’s original track which featured on the Drive Soundtrack, the trio’s version has proved a favourite amongst fans since the album’s release.  The new single debuted as Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record’ on Radio 1 last night.
