After two dates with London Grammar last week, a Communion headline show at legendary venue Wilton’s Music Hall scheduled for February 13th and a support slot on the forthcoming Sam Smith tour, Josh Record is set to release new single ‘For Your Love’ 7th April on Virgin/EMI.

What a year 2013 was for Josh Record. He sold out headline shows, had two stunning EP’s championed by Zane Lowe the NME and Steve Lamacq, and played shows with the likes of Lorde, Bastille, Michael Kiwanuka and London Grammar.

‘For Your Love’ is the third single from Josh Record and is produced by David Kosten (Bat For Lashes, Everything Everything). It starts off with a sparse arrangement of vocals and piano before building into a multi layered vocal chorus backed with a thumping drumbeat.

Already tipped by The Sun, XFM, Itunes and VEVO, and with an album scheduled for the summer, 2014 promises to be another big year for Josh Record.
