'A Song About Love':

Jake's previous single, 'A Song About Love' showcased a clear step on in his songwriting. It’s a beautiful, yearning track that displays a new level of maturity and carries a heavy emotional hit. The album “Shangri La” has already gone gold in the UK. It was produced by Rick Rubin at his studio in Malibu over the summer of 2013.

In 2013 he received a Brits nomination, for Best Male. This follows his nomination last year for Best Breakthrough Act. Recently Jake has been touring the US to great acclaim, and has appeared on Jay Leno and Ellen.

This summer Jake Bugg is back in the UK as part of the Reading and Leeds Festival which takes place August 22-24.

He has also recently announced the release of 'Jake Bugg - Live At Silver Platters,' Seattle Record Store Day exclusive –19th April. Four tracks, taken from both albums, are performed stripped back acoustic and highlight the incredible maturity of the now twenty-year-old Jake Bugg on this RSD exclusive.
